    The staff was extremely helpful and caring and the place was fairly clean. The location was comfortable by trains nearby, near a train station. In addition, loved to spend time by the lake, it was 20 minutes walk from the hotel. Nothing to complain about, had a luxury stay on vacation.

    I find the hotel fancy, fairly clean and the staff is attentive and exceptionally attentive. The rooms are well-appointed and a decent size and include an electric kettle and glassware. Good service and the food is yummy! They provide wake up calls and ironing without charge too. The location is fantastic and lovely, neat to subway. Love eating outside and there's Mimasuya, set easy walk to the venue. Thank you for a just perfect stay.

    Just a decent option for a couple of nights in Kyoto with excellent value for money. The breakfast served in our room was excellent and a nice touch. Try to order breakfast ahead for the best meal experience.

    The staff were cute and were great. We had a Beautiful Double Room with a balcony overlooking the river that was spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for exploring old Kyoto, just a short walk to all the main attractions.

    The vehicle noise might be bothersome for light sleepers.
